Help Patients Catch Brain Health Risk… Before It Ever Becomes a Diagnosis.

BATWatch™ is a new clinical model built around BAT Levels… blood-based biomarkers that we can now monitor to track early changes in brain biology before symptoms ever show up.

We help patients in their 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s monitor their brain health with simple blood tests, identify contributing risks, and make targeted interventions to reduce the long-term risk of a future diagnosis.

Think of BAT Levels as the brain’s check engine light: They don’t diagnose. They detect drift. And when tracked properly, they give patients a critical window to act early… before anything breaks.

This is biological prevention… not cognitive testing. This is not neurology or dementia care. We don’t diagnose Alzheimer’s. We detect upstream biological signals… and track them, year over year.

While diagnostic codes may be used for documentation and insurance, you are not responsible for issuing diagnoses or managing complex conditions. Your role is to oversee structured testing within a defined protocol, with full support from our platform and care coordination team.

We’re building a nationwide network of MDs and NPs to help oversee testing orders, review lab results, and support longitudinal tracking… all through a streamlined digital workflow.

And we’ve built a system to make that easy, structured, and clinically responsible… without overloading your day.

We’re building a nationwide network of MDs and NPs to help oversee testing orders, result reviews, and longitudinal tracking… all through a streamlined, tech-enabled workflow.

Workflow Highlights

· 95% of cases are managed asynchronously with clear clinical logic
· Treatment protocols (if needed) are handled by a separate clinical team
· No EHR headaches… we handle backend documentation
· Testing orders, follow-ups, and guidance are automated and templated
· Most reviews take minutes, and provider effort is compensated accordingly
· No urgent care, chronic care, or primary care responsibilities

What You'll Do:

· Review and approve pre-screened lab testing requests through our portal
· Oversee patient BATCheck™ results… tracking biological signals like beta-amyloid, tau, inflammation, metabolism, and mitochondrial health
· Optionally participate in brief telehealth follow-ups (if interested, not required)
· Supervise auto-generated SOAP notes (with ability to edit/approve before lock)
· Collaborate with our internal clinical ops and auxiliary support staff

Note: All interventions and treatment pathways are handled by a separate clinical team. You are not expected to prescribe, manage medications, or take on complex care responsibilities. Participation in intervention oversight is completely optional and available only if you express interest.

Who We’re Looking For:

· Licensed MD, DO, or NP (multi-state license is a plus, but not required)
· Comfortable with asynchronous workflows and technology-enabled care
· Interested in low-lift, high-impact clinical work
· Aligned with a prevention-first approach to long-term health
· No prior neurology, geriatrics, or cognitive care experience required

Why This Role Is Easy to Integrate:

· Structured protocols
· Fully templated documentation
· Support from dedicated auxiliary staff
· Asynchronous by default (live telehealth optional)
· Most case reviews take only minutes

BAT Levels don’t just track cognitive risk… they reflect the early biological drift that underlies many health domains:

· Inflammation
· Metabolism
· Mitochondrial slowdown
· Immune dysfunction
· Hormonal imbalance

You’re not managing symptoms.
You’re not diagnosing disease.
You’re helping patients take action long before any of that begins.

That’s what makes this role so powerful… and so easy to integrate into your existing clinical life.

Why Join?

· Help build the future of brain health
· Keep your schedule flexible with 1099 work
· You’ll be paid a fixed per-service rate with transparent tracking (per lab review, per approval, or per visit)
· Payments are issued after insurance reimbursements are received, with full tracking visibility
· You’ll never be responsible for billing, collections, or denials. (our operations team handles all backend workflows)
· We offer volume flexibility, so you can scale your clinical involvement up or down over time
· Join a mission-driven team focused on prevention, not panic
· Play a role in scaling one of the most important biomarker platforms in the world

Qualifications

· Active and unrestricted MD, DO, or NP license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure preferred but not required)
· Current NPI and ability to provide services under your own credentials (or group, if applicable)
· Comfortable using digital tools for asynchronous review, e-signature, and documentation
· Familiarity with preventive care, wellness models, or longitudinal lab monitoring is a plus—but not required
· Strong alignment with patient-first, prevention-first philosophy
· Ability to maintain timely oversight of lab reviews and test approvals (within 48 hours on average)
· Willingness to collaborate with a centralized care team and operate within structured clinical protocols
· No active sanctions or board disciplinary actions

Watching my parents battle Alzheimer’s made one thing painfully clear… our healthcare system waits until it’s too late. I created BATWatch to change that.

I’ve assembled a multidisciplinary network of board-certified physicians, PhD researchers, neurobiologists, lab scientists, and clinical specialists… all working together to transform how we approach brain health, starting long before symptoms appear.

BATWatch is more than a test. It’s a tracking system… built to detect biological drift early, monitor contributing factors, and support proactive intervention when it matters most.

This isn’t about testing for Alzheimer’s. It’s about staying ahead of it—before anything develops.

For the first time, we can track the brain’s earliest biological changes, understand what’s driving risk, and respond with precision—years before decline begins.

And for providers, it means finally having a simple, structured way to monitor cognitive risk… just like cholesterol or A1C. Most people don’t even know this is possible yet. But you do.

That’s what BATWatch is built for. Let’s change the future of brain health… together.
