All rights reserved. This policy outlines the trademark and copyright rights associated with BATWATCH™ and related programs. By accessing or using our websites or services, you agree to comply with this policy in full.

1. Ownership and Licensing Framework

All BATWATCH™-related intellectual property is owned by Cognitive IP Holdings LLC (“CIPH”), a wholly separate entity that holds all trademarks, copyrightable materials, and proprietary brand assets.

These assets are licensed as follows:

Master License: CIPH licenses all protected marks to BATWatch, Inc. (“Parent”), the intellectual property steward of the BATWATCH™ ecosystem.

Sublicense Agreements: Parent sublicenses usage rights to its operational affiliates, including BATWatch Medical Group, LLC, and regional BATWatch™ entities, under strict use-case limitations and brand integrity terms.

No third party is authorized to use any BATWATCH™ brand elements without a formal, signed licensing agreement from Parent or CIPH.

2. Trademarks

The following marks are the subject of common-law protections, pending or registered U.S. trademarks, and international filings. They are exclusively owned by Cognitive IP Holdings LLC and sublicensed for controlled use:

These marks represent elements of a proprietary platform for early brain biomarker monitoring and may not be copied, repurposed, or misrepresented in any form.

Unauthorized Use Prohibited
Use of any trademark, service mark, or brand asset without express written authorization from CIPH or Parent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Attribution Requirement
Whenever publicly referencing these terms in media, presentations, or publications, proper attribution must be included:
“BATWATCH™ and all related marks are trademarks of Cognitive IP Holdings LLC, used under license.”

Third-Party Trademarks
All non-BATWATCH™ trademarks appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners. Reference does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

3. Copyright and Content Use
Ownership

All creative content, code, text, video, images, and materials published by BATWATCH™, including documents, protocols, educational content, software, and digital tools, are protected under U.S. and international copyright law. Ownership resides with CIPH, its affiliates, or designated content suppliers.

Limited Use License

Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. Any modification, reproduction, republication, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Prohibited Uses Include:

Reproducing trademarked names in third-party platforms

Creating derivative works or reinterpretations

Republishing BATWATCH™ educational content, graphics, or videos

Referencing proprietary scoring systems or protocols in external presentations without license

4. Reporting Infringement or Unauthorized Use

To report suspected unauthorized use of BATWATCH™ trademarks or copyrighted content, please submit a written complaint containing the following:

Your full legal name, organization name, and your authority to act

The specific mark(s) or material in question

A detailed description of the alleged infringement and its location (e.g., URLs or uploaded content)

A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized

Contact details including email and phone

A declaration under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate and made in good faith

Upon receiving a complaint, Parent will review it and notify the alleged infringer, who will have 10 business days to respond. Parent will facilitate dispute resolution and may consult third-party legal counsel if needed.

Otherwise, Parent will forward your complaint and contact information to the allegedly infringing party, who will have 10 business days to provide a response. If no response is received within 10 business days, Parent may remove any allegedly infringing material or disable the allegedly infringing account.
