Parent sub-licenses these trademarks to its affiliated entities, including BATWatch, LLC, for use in connection with their respective services.

Trademark Complaint Process

Upon receiving a complaint, Parent will review it and notify the alleged infringer, who will have 10 business days to respond. Parent will facilitate dispute resolution and may consult third-party legal counsel if needed.

Otherwise, Parent will forward your complaint and contact information to the allegedly infringing party, who will have 10 business days to provide a response. If no response is received within 10 business days, Parent may remove any allegedly infringing material or disable the allegedly infringing account.
